Ossian, the Musée Dobrée’s mascot #NDM2015
For the eleventh edition of Museum Night, the Musée Dobrée was once again a highly-visited attraction.
Almost 500 people gathered at the Manoir de La Touche—this is the maximum capacity—to discover measuring instruments dating from the 17th to the 19th century: sundials, pendulums, watches and other similar objects.
Professors and students from the watchmaking section of the technical school at Les Savarières in Saint-Sébastien sur Loire were also present that evening to present their work and expertise.
A very pleasant evening was had by all at the Musée Dobrée for yet another successful edition of Museum Night!
